Dietetics @ Coburg Myotherapy & Pilates

  • Maddie's passion for sports nutrition took root in her late teens, when she began competing as a long-distance and track runner with Deakin University and Richmond Harriers. Through her own athletic journey, she witnessed first-hand the profound impact nutrition has on both performance and mental wellbeing — an insight that continues to shape her practice today.

Since then, Maddie has built extensive experience across elite Victorian football, including:

    • AFLW Head Dietitian — Essendon Football Club (current)

    • VFL/VFLW Head Dietitian — Box Hill Hawks

    • AFL/AFLW Assistant Dietitian — Hawthorn Football Club & Geelong Football Club

Maddie also brings a deeply personal perspective to gut health. Having navigated food intolerance and IBS herself, she understands how significantly digestive symptoms can affect quality of life — and uses that insight to guide clients through their own gut health journey in a practical, realistic way.

  • Maddie holds accreditations and memberships including:

    • Sports Dietetics Course — SDA

    • Inside Out Eating Disorder Accreditation
